When you submit an enquiry through this website, you may give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The experience that interests you
• Your preferred timing or dates
• How many guests are travelling
• What brings you to Saudi Arabia, and your interests or preferences
• Any notes you add for us

Only your name, email address and phone number are required. Everything else is optional and you can leave it blank.

If you go on to book a call, our scheduling provider records the time you choose and the contact details you enter at that step. We also keep the emails and messages you exchange with us, and the booking details for any experience you confirm.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. If a website visit produces technical records such as an IP address or request logs, those are held by our hosting and infrastructure providers as part of serving and protecting the site.

We use personal information to:

• Arrange a call and confirm a date
• Plan and deliver your experience around your interests
• Make an introduction you have asked us to make
• Coordinate services you have asked us to arrange
• Keep proper business records
• Keep the website working and protect it from misuse

We do not sell personal information. We will not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

A small number of providers process information on our behalf so the website and the booking process work. Each receives only what is needed for that job.

We do not use Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, remarketing, advertising cookies or any social media tracking. The Cookie Policy explains exactly what analytics does and does not collect, and how to change your choice.

We share information with the providers above where it is necessary to operate the website or deliver what you have asked for, and where we are required to do so by law or by a valid request from a competent authority.

Where you ask us for an introduction, for example to a property contact, a school or a service provider, we share only what is reasonably necessary for that introduction, and we will seek your agreement before making it where appropriate. We do not pass your details to property owners, restaurants or other businesses for their own marketing.

Some of the providers above operate outside Saudi Arabia, so your information may be processed abroad. Where information is transferred outside the Kingdom, we will handle that transfer in line with applicable Saudi requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, including delivering the experience you booked, keeping business records, meeting legal obligations and resolving any dispute.

When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we securely delete or anonymise it, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and we limit access to the people who need it to look after you. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Under applicable Saudi privacy law, your rights may include the right to be informed about how your personal data is used, to access it, to obtain a copy of it where applicable, to request that it be corrected or updated, to request its destruction where applicable, and to withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent. Some of these rights are subject to exceptions in the law.

To make a request, write to hello@riyadhriyadh.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the competent Saudi supervisory authority.
