Cookie Policy
This site uses very little. This page explains exactly what is stored on your device, what it is for, and how to change your choice whenever you want.
Last updated August 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website can store on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. They are commonly used to keep a site working, to remember a preference, or to measure how a site is used.
What we use
We set no advertising cookies at all. What we do use falls into three groups, and only the first is active before you make a choice.
Essential
- Your cookie choice. When you accept or reject on our banner, we store that decision in your browser's local storage so we do not ask you again on every page.
- Security and delivery. Our hosting and infrastructure providers, Vercel and Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary technologies to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Optional analytics
- Google Analytics 4. Set only if you allow analytics, and described in the next section.
Third party features you choose to use
- Calendly. If you submit an enquiry, the booking calendar loads at that step so you can choose a time. It is an embedded third party service and may set its own cookies or storage when it loads. It does not load on a normal page visit.
- Formspree. Used to deliver your enquiry to us when you submit the form.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how people move through them. It is the only measurement tool on this site. We do not use Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, remarketing, or any advertising or social media tracking.
Analytics is off until you allow it. We run Google Consent Mode, which means analytics storage is set to denied by default, and advertising storage stays denied permanently and is never switched on. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<stream id> to tell repeat visits apart. If you decline, those cookies are not set.
We do not send your name, email address, phone number, the contents of your enquiry or any other personal information to Google Analytics. The events we record are limited to page views and a small number of anonymous interactions, such as opening the reservation form or reaching the scheduling step.
Google processes this data as our provider. Google privacy policy. You can also install Google's own browser opt out.
Managing your choice
You can change what you allow at any time. Rejecting optional technologies is always as easy as accepting them.
You can also clear or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may stop parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, from working properly.
